Richard Murrian is an emerging photographic artist of growing acclaim. American but living in Europe since 2002, his work has been published in hardcover art books, and has been exhibited in art galleries in Europe and North America.
His primary subject matter is the teenage girl, earning his work not-so-infrequent comparisons to that of the legendary David Hamilton, not just for his choice of subject but also for reasons of his "Pictorialist"-influenced style.
Richard lives with his wife Nancy, herself a former model of his and now a developing photographer in her own right, and divides his time between homes in Prague and their residence in the legendary artist-haven of Montmartre in Paris.
